Cushman & Wakefield’s Managing Directors Jason Ofsanko and Tom Townes, Senior Director Ryan Conboy and Director Jordan Mitchell will oversee leasing efforts at the industrial facility.

Southeast 85 PowerPlex will encompass more than 1.5 million square feet of industrial space across two lots adjacent to Interstate 85. A few build-to-suit options are available, with the potential to develop up to four buildings that range in size from 114,000 to 525,000 square feet. Another variant proposes a single, 1 million-square-foot facility.

Additional features will include on-site access to the Norfolk Southern railway system, public water and sewer systems and up to 60 megawatts of power via a Duke Energy-served transmission line. The industrial project is designed to accommodate users from a variety of sectors, such as food and beverage, advanced manufacturing, distribution, automotive and battery technology, among others.
