In November, Carter sold his four-bedroom, 3,000-square-foot house in Fox Point, Wisconsin, for $770,000. He bought the house for $810,000 in 2022, while he was playing for the Milwaukee Bucks.

The West Loop condo that Carter bought hit the market at $989,995 in May, with Paul Gorney of eXp Realty as the listing agent. The asking price was later lowered to $975,000 and then to $950,000.

The condo features wraparound views of the city and a second balcony off the primary bedroom suite. Its property tax bill was $15,300 in the 2022 tax year, the outlet reported.

Several Bulls players made high-priced residential purchases in 2023. In August, point guard Coby White bought a six-bedroom, 7,000-square-foot mansion in Lincoln Park. While the sale price was not disclosed, the property was listed at over $5 million.

Nearly two months later, Chicago native and third-year pro Ayo Dosunmu paid over $2 million for his six-bedroom, 4,700-square-foot house at 1620 West Pierce Place in Wicker Park. Dosunmu used an opaque land trust to buy the contemporary-style home, which has five full bathrooms, two half-bathrooms, a floating glass panel staircase and a kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances.

NBA all-star DeMar DeRozan paid $4.5 million for a River North mansion after signing with the Bulls in 2021, and Bulls center Nikola Vucevic dropped $4.75 million on a 5,300-square-foot home in Lincoln Park in summer 2022.
